Implementing the first rebrand in the history of Latin America’s largest independent PR agency.

JeffreyGroup, Latin America’s largest independent Public Relations agency, has been creating award-winning campaigns and managing the communications and marketing of Fortune 100 companies for the past 20 years. Being tasked to design and implement the first website redesign in the agency’s two decade history alongside an entire company rebrand handled by BridgerConway New York, also came with its unique set of challenges.

The brief for the website redesign was simple: create a visually appealing online brand environment showcasing the agency’s reputable client roster, include case studies describing their impressive solutions with global projects, succinctly communicate the main services the agency offers, and create an agency blog to organically promote their strategic thinking. After two decades of work in four countries, JeffreyGroup intimately understands the differences in perception of their diverse audience. The challenge was creating an entirely CMS managed visual template which makes use of 4 viewer entrance points (global, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina) in 3 languages to communicate different sections of brand content to the agency’s geographically dissected online audience.

The home page was created in a block grid system. The main carousel houses all content of importance from all sections of the website and cycles on a 2 second timer. Main carousel content changes in accordance to the website version the viewer is viewing (global, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina) controlled by the CMS admin. On the right, the “find us” box highlights JeffreyGroup’s large Latin American footprint while the viewer gets introduced to the agency by its founder Jeffrey Sharlach in the “who is Jeffrey” box. The three-box footer is a recurring visual element on all pages and uses varying ticker timing to cycle through the content from the blog, roll through the agency’s client list and cycle through recent agency news.

The “Our Clients” and “Success Stories” pages slightly deviate from the content page visual template as they are the most visually rich and engaging sections of the website and the most prominent achievements of the agency.

Information pages make use of a 3-grid visual system with main content in the middle and secondary related content on the right. In an effort to create stickier navigation and minimize drop-down menu size and complexity, the information page’s subsections are listed on the left column as bigger title buttons.

The “News & Insights” section is the agency’s official blog environment and is divided into 3 sections. The agency team shares their strategic insight in “Our Perspectives” and select items from “Agency News” and “JeffreyGroup Blog” get fed into the three-box footer.

JeffreyGroup founder Jeffrey Sharlach introduces the agency and describes the importance of communication and its affect on perception.
